1. Overview
Luvvone (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a one-to-one, identity-based
communication app designed for couples. This Privacy Policy explains
what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the
choices you have.
2. What Luvvone Is (and Is Not)

Luvvone is pair-only: one verified person connects to one approved
partner.

There are no public profiles, discovery, search, or social graph
features.

Message content is encrypted on your device before leaving it.
3. End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) and “Server as Bridge”
Luvvone is designed so that message content is encrypted on-device
and transported as encrypted data. We do not intentionally store
plaintext message content on our servers.
Encrypted message payloads may be temporarily stored in a message
“bridge” to deliver them to your partner. After delivery and
acknowledgement, bridge records are designed to be deleted
automatically.
Important: no security approach is perfect. While E2EE protects
message content from being read in transit and at rest, metadata
(like timestamps and sender/recipient identifiers) may still exist
for delivery, abuse prevention, and reliability.
4. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use Luvvone, we may collect the following
categories of information:
4.1 Account and identity

Phone number (used for sign-in and account recovery); we may store
a hashed form for verification workflows.

Basic profile details you choose to provide (e.g., full name,
email, bio).
4.2 Pairing and relationship state

Pairing requests and approvals (who requested, who approved,
status, timestamps).

Streak/interaction metadata (counts and timestamps) if you use
streak features.
4.3 Messaging and content (encrypted)

Encrypted message payloads used for delivery (“bridge” data).

Encrypted attachments (e.g., image/audio/file) if you choose to
send them.

Delivery status metadata (pending/delivered/read) and relevant
timestamps.
4.4 Device and technical data

Device information (model, OS version) and security-related
identifiers for device binding and fraud prevention.

IP address and approximate location derived from IP (for security,
abuse prevention, and diagnostics).

Crash/diagnostic logs (if enabled by your device/OS settings and
permitted by the platform).
4.5 Notifications

Push notification tokens (to deliver notifications to your
device).
5. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

We do not intentionally collect or store your plaintext message
content on our servers.
- We do not sell your personal information.

We do not build a public social graph or run public discovery
features.
6. How We Use Information
We use information to:

Create and maintain your account, verify identity, and prevent
fraud or impersonation.

Enable pairing and ensure one-to-one restrictions are enforced.

Deliver messages and attachments and provide reliability features
(delivery/read indicators, retries).

Operate, debug, secure, and improve the service (including abuse
prevention).

Send service-related messages (e.g., security alerts, account
notices).
7. How We Share Information
We may share information in the following situations:

With your partner: profile details you choose to
share, and messaging delivery metadata necessary for chat UX.

With service providers: we use infrastructure
providers to operate Luvvone (for example, cloud messaging,
authentication, databases, and storage). They process data on our
behalf under appropriate safeguards.

For legal and safety reasons: to comply with law,
respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, or protect users
and the public.

Business transfers: if we are involved in a
merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred
as part of that transaction.
7.1 Service providers (examples)
We work with third-party service providers to run and secure the
service. Depending on your platform and usage, this can include:

Google Firebase (e.g., authentication,
notifications, and operational data services used by the app).

Supabase (e.g., database, realtime features, and
storage used for app functionality).
These providers process information on our behalf under contractual
and technical safeguards. We aim to minimize what is shared, and
message content is designed to remain end-to-end encrypted.
7.2 Platform and App Store disclosures
When you download or use Luvvone through Apple or Google app
distribution platforms, those platforms may also collect information
about your device and account (for example, for store operations,
fraud prevention, or analytics) under their own policies. We do not
control that processing.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide
the service and meet legal, security, and operational requirements.
Message bridge data is designed to be temporary. In general,
delivered/acknowledged bridge records are deleted automatically, and
undelivered messages expire after a limited retention window.
Account/profile and pairing metadata may be retained until you
delete your account or as otherwise required for security and
compliance.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect
your information (encryption, authentication controls, access
limitation, and monitoring). However, no system is 100% secure. You
are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any
account credentials.
10. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, or delete certain personal information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Request a copy of information we hold about you.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

11. Children
Luvvone is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age
required in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided
personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
12. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own.
Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border
transfers.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post
the updated version here and update the “Last Updated” date.
