How to request deletion

1. Email privacy@luvvone.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
2. Include the phone number or email address used to create the account, and (if available) your in-app username.
3. If you are paired, mention whether you want the pairing removed as part of the deletion request.

What we delete

We will delete your account and associated personal information used to operate the service (such as your profile details and pairing metadata).

What we may retain

We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or operational purposes for a limited period.

Timeframe

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days.
